Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Casablanca – Marrakech

Upon arrival at Casablanca Airport, meet your driver and begin the journey to Marrakech. Once you reach the city, check in to your riad or hotel and take some time to relax. The remainder of the day is then free to enjoy at your own pace. Overnight Stay in Marrakech.

Day 2Marrakech Guided Tour

Meet your local guide and discover Marrakech, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities, founded in 1070 by Almoravid ruler Youssef Ibn Tachfin. First, visit the beautiful Bahia Palace, built in the late 19th century by Si Moussa. Next, explore the 16th-century Saadian Tombs. Afterwards, admire the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, built in 1147 by the Almohad Caliph Abd al-Mu’min. Finally, wander through the colorful souks and UNESCO-listed Jemaa el-Fna Square before returning for an overnight stay in Marrakech.

Day 3Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Leave Marrakech behind and cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m). Along the way, enjoy panoramic views and traditional Berber villages. Then, continue to Ait Ben Haddou, an 11th-century UNESCO-listed ksar. Afterwards, visit Atlas Film Studios, established in 1983. Finally, pass through the fragrant Rose Valley before reaching Dades Valley for an overnight stay.

Day 4Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga Desert

Begin the day at the spectacular Todra Gorge, where cliffs rise 300 meters above a crystal-clear river. Afterwards, pass through Tinjdad and Erfoud, known for fossils and dates. Then arrive in Merzouga, gateway to the Sahara. Next, ride camels across the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset. Finally, enjoy dinner, Berber music, and an overnight stay in a luxury desert camp beneath the stars.

Day 5Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Ifrane – Fes

Wake up early to admire a breathtaking Sahara sunrise before leaving Merzouga behind. Then, pass through the beautiful Ziz Valley, one of Morocco’s largest palm groves. Afterwards, cross the Middle Atlas Mountains and stop in Midelt. Next, discover Ifrane, known for its alpine-style architecture and famous stone lion. Finally, arrive in Fes, Morocco’s oldest imperial city, for an overnight stay.

Day 6Fes Guided Tour

Today, discover Fes, Morocco’s oldest imperial city, founded in 789 by Idris I. Accompanied by a local guide, explore the UNESCO-listed Medina. Next, visit the Royal Palace gates, the Bou Inania Madrasa, and admire the exterior of Al Quaraouiyine University. Afterwards, continue to the pottery school, wander through the colorful tanneries and traditional souks, and finally enjoy panoramic views from the South Tower. Overnight stay in Fes.

Day 7Fes – Chefchaouen

Leave Fes behind and head north through the beautiful Rif Mountains. Along the way, enjoy changing landscapes, olive groves, and traditional villages. Then, arrive in Chefchaouen, the famous Blue City, founded in 1471 by Moulay Ali Ben Rachid. Afterwards, explore the charming medina, wander through blue-painted alleyways, and admire the unique mountain architecture. Finally, relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere before your overnight stay in Chefchaouen.

Day 8Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca

Enjoy a final stroll through Chefchaouen’s blue streets before heading to Rabat, Morocco’s capital. First, visit the Hassan Tower and the historic Kasbah of the Udayas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Afterwards, continue to Casablanca and admire the magnificent Hassan II Mosque. Then, discover the Corniche waterfront, the charming Habous Quarter, and Mohammed V Square. Finally, settle in for an overnight stay in Casablanca.

Day 9Departure Transfer
