Day 1Arrival in Casablanca – Rabat

8 Day Chefchaouen Fes Sahara Tour from Casablanca begins with your arrival at Casablanca Mohammed V Airport. Upon arrival, meet your driver and start discovering Morocco’s economic capital. Visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque, completed in 1993 and famous for its 210-meter minaret overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Continue to the Corniche, the Habous Quarter built during the French Protectorate period, and Mohammed V Square, the administrative heart of the city. Day 2Rabat – Chefchaouen

This morning, discover Rabat, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities. Visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, completed in 1971 and home to the tombs of King Mohammed V and his sons. Next, admire Hassan Tower, the unfinished 12th-century minaret commissioned by Sultan Yacoub Al Mansour, before exploring the Kasbah of the Oudayas, a historic fortress overlooking the Bou Regreg River and the Atlantic Ocean. Later, continue through the beautiful Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, the famous Blue Pearl founded in 1471. Overnight stay in Chefchaouen at Casa Hassan or similar.

Day 3Chefchaouen – Fes Guided Tour

Enjoy a relaxed morning in Chefchaouen before continuing towards Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural capital. Upon arrival around midday, meet your local guide and begin exploring the UNESCO-listed medina, founded in the 9th century. Visit the Royal Palace gates, the Jewish Quarter, Al Quaraouiyine University established in 859 AD, the Bou Inania Madrasa, and the famous Chouara Tanneries. Later, head to the South Tower for panoramic views over the ancient city before settling into your riad. Overnight stay in Fes Palais Houyam or similar.

Day 4Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Merzouga Desert

Today, leave Fes behind and head towards the Sahara Desert through the beautiful Middle Atlas Mountains. First, stop in Ifrane, established in 1929 and often called the “Switzerland of Morocco.” Next, continue to the cedar forests of Azrou, home to the famous Barbary macaques. As the journey continues, admire the spectacular Ziz Valley with its thousands of palm trees and ancient oasis villages. Upon arrival in Merzouga, enjoy a camel ride across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes and witness a magical sunset. Day 5Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

Next, visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating back to the 11th century and one of Morocco’s most famous fortified villages. Continue through the colorful souks and the UNESCO-listed Jemaa el-Fna Square, the vibrant heart of Marrakech for centuries. Day 8Departure Transfer
