When you arrive at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport, your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival exit gate, holding a sign with your full name. Simply look for your name, and your driver will warmly welcome you, help with your luggage, and escort you to your vehicle.

Your driver will be happy to help carry your luggage between the vehicle and your hotel or riad. If you are traveling with a large number of bags, a local porter can be arranged to carry everything for you, allowing you to walk comfortably without worrying about your luggage.
Your main luggage will be carried by pack camels that travel alongside the camel caravan to the desert camp. You only need to carry a small backpack with your personal essentials during the ride. Since the luggage camels follow the same route as the guests, your luggage will arrive at the camp at the same time as you, ready to be placed in your private tent. This way, you can enjoy the journey without carrying heavy bags.
No. There are no banks or ATMs in the Sahara Desert. We recommend exchanging or withdrawing enough cash before arriving in Merzouga. If needed, simply ask your driver to stop at a bank or ATM in one of the towns along the route before reaching the desert. This will ensure you have everything you need during your stay.
